This restaurant concept was inspired by the Petitcodiac River, its shape, color, tides, and constant movement. We’ve created a space where organic forms and natural materials remind the clients of the river and its beautiful landscape. In this unique setting, we’ve reimagined the way typical Acadian meals are experienced by creating an elegant atmosphere.

We prioritized designing a functional floor plan to optimize the restaurant's operations while ensuring accessibility for all and following the National Building Code of Canada's regulations.

This project was completed during the third year of my bachlor's degree.
